We discussed on various options for Navratra like Jagrata, chouki, sundarkand, bhandara etc.
Final agreement is on following :
We will talk to pandit who will perform daily Pooja in morning and evening.
Navratra day1: kalash sthapna at podium (as per muhurt).
Daily Arti will happen in morning and evening. Prasad distribution will happen at *8PM* with evening Arti.

Following is the status of action items which were decided in last meeting
*Water Tubs*: Gehlot ji will share costing on Sunday.
*Colors* (palash /tesu) : will be available this Sunday.
*Speakers*: we got quotation from 4 places varying from 2k to 3k. 2 column speakers with mic and amplifier is included in this.
*Gujia*: quotations received from vendors are :
Shivkumar talked in paharganj where rates are 350/kg for gujia Desi ghee and 260/kg for gujia dalda.
Gehlot ji is talked to a vendor who will confirm final quotations on Sunday. His quotations will include all items of final menu.
*Caters*
Garg sir will talk to another vendor who given estimate of 80rs/plate.
Cater Satveer given estimate of Rs 60k for the menu planned for holi.
Cater chhotelal given an estimate of 62k for the same.
So cater will be finalized by Sunday after final negotiations. Respective members will share final amount given by vendors on Sunday.
*Dhol* estimate is 1000 approx for both 12 & 13 March.
Based on final amount (inclusive everything) contribution amount will be decided.

Following are the points and action items discussed in today's meeting:
As of now, tentative number of people is 400 who will be participating in holi event.
Vendor chhotelal will provide an estimate.
In parallel few members need to talk to different vendors to compare and finalize cater for this event.
All tower volunteers needs to reconfirm actual number of participants from their respective towers and share list by 23 Feb.
Tubs: Sunil Gehlot ji will manage it.
Natural colors : Nishith and Gehlot ji.
Gujia : shivakumar and Gehlot ji will talk to vendors and share details.
Speakers: Lokesh Tyagi ji, Nishith, Chandan will provide quotations.
Dhol: TBD
Caters: Gehlot ji, Lokesh Tyagi ji, Neelesh ji and Ritu Dheeraj will share quotations.
Next meeting will be held on 23 Feb @9PM.
MOM Date: 12 Feb 2017:-
MoM holi celebration meeting :Holika dahan on 12th March. Place for Holika dahan will be outside gate of marketing office, where Holika Pujan could be started from morning 10 AM onwards and Holika dahan will done in evening 7PM onwards depending on muhurt of dahan.
13 March 2017:
1.Holi celebration will be started 10 AM onwards at podium area.
2.holi would be played with natural colors only (tesu/palash colors will be available by first week of March). No need to bring colors.
3. Pots with colored water placed will placed at podium.
4.snacks will be available while holi celebration, as of now pakode,gujia, thandai, cold drink, Chai are finalized.
Action items :
We have to talk to vendors to get quotation for this menu.
Need to get quotation for. Music system /speakers.
Volunteer names needed here who will talk to vendors.
Natural colors : We are arranging natural tesu tesu colors.
Talk to maintenance guys for lighting and other arrangements.
All towers volunteers need to collect data from their respective tower to figure out final number of participants from tower. Based on count of final participants we would able to decide contribution.
Volunteer list is already shared by Divyesh ji.
