A. You may pay it once you shift here. But once it goes below 200 it disconnects power from flat. The bill you are getting is for fixed load charges per KW basis.

A. Try putting a load that is more than your connection limit, your meter should trip the line.
Q. How fixed charge calculated?
A. The fixed charge depends upon load. For 5 KWA and 2 KVA load backup the calculation is as follows as per NCPL: 5 KWA @100.30=501.50; 2KVA @ 115.00=230.00; Vending charge 46.00. Total 777.50×12months/365days = 25.56.
Q. Does any one have idea abt DG free unit....free DG unit can be carried forward in the next month's or lapse at the end of the months.
A. For 1KVA FREE 04 unit, 2 kva 08 ,3kva 12
If free unit reamins then they transfer it to next month as deposite.

Q. Please suggest solution: Main power supply load 3kw and DG supply load 1 kw. When the main supply is down and it switches to DG. But meter overloads if AC or geyser runs I.e. if load of dg is more than 1 kw it trips. What's the process to remove DG from power points, so that if power goes in night we need not switch off ac to keep the fan on. I am sure this will be common problem who have lesser load on DG.

U just go to the maintenance and told them to remove power plug connection from dg
One separate wire for power plug and controlled by the maintenance computer.
Q. Will maintenance guy change from control room ?

Only one wire can be disconnect from the control room.Check MCB for geyser or ac,It must me connected with the same colour wire
There are 2 or 3 phase connection according to the no of rooms Or call tge maintenance guy for this
Control room hv an option to stop one wire or all wire from dg.

A.Yes i got it increased to 5kva from 3kva. Now 2 ACs are running without problem

-When I want breakup of this 8k amount Parul told me they are not able to provide any breakup
- Now same thing discussed with Parul as she told me that those amount which we have given earlier in demand for 3kv they will charged which is nonrefundable

A. fixed charges of Mains are as per norms...that is 85 rs /KW/month plus 8% regulatory surcharge and 5% gov duty..builder can add max of 5% additional charge.
similar charges on DG but with addition of GST od 18% = 85*118/100 = this comes 100.3
Q. How much do they charge for increse 1KB?
A.They told to send a request letter. I sent. In reply they advised me to remit Rs.9440 for 1KVA enhancement in main load.
Q. What about the charge if any how I get it from NPCL?
A.I m not sure but it's around 1200Rs.
It's illegal to charge more than the government rate as they are not the service provider.
It is good idea to submit a complaint in GNIDA & NPCL , they will handle the management of Arihant accordingly.

Q.Do we have Detail about the electricity connection taken by builder.
A.some facts.( builder is accoutable)
- Gud news is they have permanent electrical connection
- Means they have 33 kva connection but their LT panel and PLC is not functioning properly
- Bad news is not competent to handle the LT panel
- That's why we are suffering.
- That's why electricity cuts are happening
- Under voltage relays will be replaced
- they have not maintained their LT panel properly
- That's why under voltage relays malfunctioning happened
- Residential group housing societies take connection at 33KV load and are billed as single connection bulk load users. According to 33kv connection, they have been kept in industrial section.
- And FYI.... 33KV load connection has least cuts as they have direct connection from 33KV substation. Societies having connection at 11kv experience more cuts and individual connection at 220/440V experience most frequent cuts
- We have already verified earlier our society connection type is 33KV, residential.
But I am wondering why there is power cut in society
