Q.Online payment of IGL bill, if you are facing issue, How to make payment?
A.Don't use paytm, go to IGL website and use inta pay option, there you have to enter bp number and amount..
No need to create user id just pay.
Sab bakwas hai first time pay karne me... second time thik show karega... only insta pay is good for first bill payment
Q. Can anybody guide me how can i start piped LPG connection in my flat. Meter and equipments are installed already
A. Get your BP number by calling to maintenance office, and then call to IGL customer care and let him know your need/ issue. They will ask BP number and riase a ticket for your request.
- Ask ur BP No. in Maintenance & book a call for stove connection on IGL C. Care 18001025109.he will give u a complain no. & technician will visit in two-three days. All work is FOC
Q. I have received wrong billing of my igl connection what should I do?
A. Need to whatsapp the pic of meter reading at 9810268904 with your BP no and call to customer care about that.
Better to do this:- whatsapp current pic of meter keeping today's newspaper beside the meter. IGL will amend the bill. Image with today news paper indicates this reading is current reading.
Q. Is my bill also contain the image of my meter reading.
A. Yes, I have received igl bill by email in pdf format. This document has my meter image as well that is showing the last reading.
Q. I heard some complaints that due to high pressure, nozzles has to be changed else glass top may have cracks. Not sure, how true it is.
Ans: - First time it's free u won't need to pay anything to technician, not even for the pipe that they use.
After that 150 will be service charge and 80 rs per burner will be charged
IGL needs bigger nozzle so the technician will enlarge nozzle holes. But once a burner is changed for IGL it can not be used back with normal gas cylinder, nozzle has to be changed
It can be used back with normal gas cylinder but flame will be high and more gas will be consumed.
