Service Tax Return Process.

Dear All,
This is reference to you query regarding refund of service tax amount paid to the builder from 2010 tiil date. In this respect, please find below the list of documents required for the purpose of claiming the said amount with the Service tax department:-

Bank details
Total amount paid in Rs._______
Service tax collected in Rs._______
















Total amount paid to the builder
Total amount of service tax collected by the builder
Alongwith the aforesaid, we require copies of demand letters & copies of  date-wise receipt(s) reflecting the payment of service tax amount against the said demands or you can also provide a consolidated list reflecting the payment of total service tax against the demand raised as above-stated.
We also require the flowing details of allottee(s):-
1.       Name of allottee(s), his address.
2.       Booking date,
3.    Agreement date,
4.       Flat no./unit no/block no,
5.       Name of the builder, its address,
6.       Name of project, its address
7.       Date of registry and date of possession delivery(if applicable)
9.       Total amount of sale consideration as mentioned in the agreement or sale deed, as the case may be.
On the basis of the aforesaid details, the draft letter claiming refund of service tax amount will be send.
