As you might be aware that more than 200 families using connection from Fusion-Net. We have few concerns which should be addressed ASAP else please let us know if we need to talk to other vendor.
Low denomination package:There should be low denomination plans as well. Currently there are minimum plans of 45GB/999 Rs which is way high for those who do not have so high usage. There are many residents who need net connections for limited use (~10GB). You must have low denomination plans (for ex. 500,700 Rs. etc) with relative data so that maximum people could use broadband facilities.
Speed Limit: Fusion Net providing data plan at 24 Mbps speed for few customers in society (refer attached screen-shot) while for others, only 12 Mbps speed is given as maximum bandwidth. Few residents called customer care to upgrade speed but fusion-net representative replied that maximum speed for Arihant Arden is 12 Mbps only.
Since, it's all on fibre cables why can't you provide best speed (30Mbps) which you are claiming on your website? Infrastructure deployed at Arihant Arden is capable to support 24-30 Mbps, if not please upgrade.
Free Calls: Mostly broadband vendors providing free calling, but fusion net not providing the same.
Free Router: For upcoming connections, you should provide WAN port router as most of broadband companies providing the same for new customers.
