Mr Jain addressed, in one of the meeting, at Kakarduma office at the time of possession, most likely in March/ April 2016.
In this discussion they clearly told us Arden will be the Best society in Noida extension.
For that we will have no 1, security agency and maintenance Agency, thats why our maintenance charges in the highest (2.15 RS/sq ft), and I am not compromise on quality of service.
And finally, on this ground- we agreed to pay 2 years advance maintenance charge. We have proof of that meeting.
So taking on priority, please discuss with him let us know about changing the security agency.
Note: This new security agency personnel doesn't have basic knowledge of security. There is a high stack of risk associated as they are working.
