We would like to bring to your notice that as per the Maintenance Agreement, AFS Maintenance Pvt Ltd. was supposed to run the Maintenance of the society from September 2016 to August 2018 as we have received the maintenance charges till 30th August 2018 for 2 Years.
Hence all flat owners are hereby requested to start the process to form AAO within the four months’ time period as date is approaching nearby as per the Apartment Act, so that the maintenance can be handed over smoothly to the AAO within this time.
A consultation round for the same will be held on 14th April 2018 at the “ICONIC CLUB” at 4 PM with the Management.
