The above detail is related to our society. I am not technical expert to explain how this is working currently without any issue after the another transformer installed near to tower D.
But it looks like in future when occupancy will full then at peak time with this limited load, we will have issue.
But it looks like in future when occupancy will full then at peak time with this limited load, we will have issue.
In General we have this : -
In most of societies *builders are paying only for 1500 KW approx to NPCL* and *charging for approx 8000KW (1600 flats avg. approx @ Avg.5 KW load per flat) from all flats every month, and charge Rs.100/- per KW per month*, which means *builder paying only RS.1,50,000* approx per month to NPCL and *charging Rs.8,00,000 approx per month* as fixed charge from residents *which means builders doing fraud net approx 6.5 lakhs per month & 78 lakhs in just fixed charges MANIPULATION other than DG high charges & extra main unit rates.*
Because of only 1500 kw load taken by builder from NPCL which is far below the actual load requirement of Societies, *in peak time builder switch some towers on DG to manage load and also charge high DG rate on that.* Which is the biggest earning source of builder by this fraud ..
*We all have to check the bill paid by builders to NPCL & actual load taken by builder in that bill...*
*All DGs by mostly all builders on lease & below load capacity requirements of societies, which will create big problem for all of us if not fixed timely.*
