A case has been filed against Supertech and order thereof delivered by Hon'ble CGRF, Greater Noida, in favour of my complaint.
Court restrained Supertech and found guilty of charging excess and various illegal charges from us residents.

Such as
1. Rs. 47.20 as vendor charges per month
2. Excess charging of fixed load charges on entire load i.e 110.20 per Kw, instead of pro rata basis which NPCL is charging from Supertech.
3. Excess charge of Load increase/ augmentation charge of 20000+ 18% GST from residents, instead of what NPCL will charge on the basis of Cost Data Book.
4. CGRF found Supertech guilty of clubbing of CAM charges with electricity meter.
