Drinking wate issue for security guard.
Neither security agency "Knight watch" nor the maintenance agency "JLL" have any worry about this matter.
Security guard wondering flat to flat to get drinking water in this summer season.
This is the situation in Arihant Arden, which is quoted as "Master piece of greater Noida" by Builder.
What is the solution.
Some group of people suggested to fund amount for water cooler RO system for welfare of society.
But we already paying heavy maintenance charges, why not builder arrange for this.
Indeed a noble thought o installing water cooler for guards and other people like maids.... however it should be installed by facility team. And it will be possible only on pressure from residents along with pressure from "security oficers".
Same was implemented in "Stellar Jeevan" from facility team, after demand from security and with pressure from residents.
Builder always try to save money, we should knock him and let him know the issue. After all he must have to solve this.
